A standard vapor crawl including gravel/tile drainage system around entire outside perimeter of foundation leading to a ZOELLER sump pump/s including a ZOELLER crawlspace pump basin with sealed lid. 6 MIL. Black vapor barrier laid in place on crawlspace floor and secured. We also offer an Encapsulated crawl including a closed gravel/tile drainage system, also including both ZOELLER pump and basin. With a white T-90 product laid on crawlspace floor and attached to crawlspace walls fastened in place with white buttons and taped seams to totally seal the crawlspace, 2 part spray foam to seal rim joist/band board area and sealed vents. BOTH SYSTEMS INCLUDE A FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Thee Durawall system is a system of semi-rigid waterproof plastic panels that fasten mechanically to the walls. Unlike a coating, they can never be pushed off by moisture coming through the wall. Because this system is 100% waterproof, they will never rot, warp or discolor. Any water passing through the wall cracks or other penetrations will run behind the panel down to the waterproofing system below.
